Why is tax charged?

Alabama charges a 13% lodging tax, just like a hotel.

How is the electric charged?

Daily and weekly rates include electric. Only for monthly rates we will read a meter at each spot and you pay for only the electric power you use at your site ($0.14 per kWh).

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have a basic Wi-Fi service which is included. You may also purchase faster service if needed for $20.

How far is the park to shopping and local restaurants?

Our park is near all the action! We are approximately 3 miles to both shopping and restaurants.

How far is the park to local hospitals?

Our park is near all the action! We are approximately 3 miles to both shopping and restaurants.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, as long as they are on a leash and are non-aggressive.

Do you have a dog park?

We have a dog park at each end of the park so they can have some free play time.

CANCELATION POLICY

48-hour notice is required for all reservations. Less than 48-hours will forfeit the entire deposit. More than 48-hour notice will refund deposit less $10.00 Cancellation Fee.
Vouchers may be issued in cases of mandatory hurricane evacuations and emergency cases that can be substantiated by written documentation.
